This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and does not track you from page to page. Fonts are served by the site itself. A single technical value is kept in your browser’s session storage so the intro animation is not replayed; it is cleared when the tab is closed.

Like any website, the host (Vercel Inc.) records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser) to keep the service secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest. The host keeps these logs for a limited period under its own terms.

When you ask a question in the site console, its text is sent to Anthropic PBC (United States), which generates the answer. SLX Management stores neither questions nor answers. Your IP address is only held in memory, for one hour at most, to limit the number of questions per visitor.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (answering your request, preventing abuse). Please do not enter personal or confidential information in the console. The transfer to the United States is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

The contact page console collects the answers you enter: name and company, type of engagement, context, goal, timing, budget (optional) and email address. They are used only to assess your request, reply to you and, where relevant, prepare an engagement. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

The site does not store these answers: when you send the brief, they are emailed to nicolas.croix@slxmanagement.com through the Resend email service (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), from its European region (Ireland), and received in SLX Management’s mailbox (Google Workspace). Any transfer to the United States is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Your IP address is only held in memory, for one hour at most, to limit the number of submissions. Retention: as for emails, three years after the last exchange, unless a contract follows.
