Brands &Markets
For an agency that customises van fleets, I lead the launch of a white-label platform for Stellantis, and everything that runs behind it.
- Role
- Technical lead & project director
- Period
- Oct 2024 – present
- Sector
- Automotive agency · Stellantis, Renault, Ligier, Norauto
Context
Brands & Markets dresses company vans (stickers, wraps). Stellantis entrusted them with a platform where its business customers customise their fleet online. A store, a 3D configurator, an ERP and the manufacturer’s orders had to be connected, with Capgemini on the Stellantis side and several vendors to move forward together.
Approach
- 01I wrote the functional and technical specifications, including the Stellantis integration, which I evolved version by version as the meetings went on.
- 02I designed and ran the Odoo ERP and the PrestaShop store, connected to Stellantis orders through a real-time API and batch flows.
- 03I kept the schedule and coordinated the vendors, from the 3D configurator to hosting, as the technical counterpart for Capgemini and the IT departments.
- 04I led acceptance testing up to the Odoo go-live in October 2026, and I advise the agency on launch and communication.
One moment
Over the summer, the vehicles’ 3D visuals came out distorted. I dug in myself and found four stacked causes, including centimetres and millimetres mixed up between two tools. Once fixed in Python, one rule stayed for the whole team: the vehicle is only a carrier, the truth is in the sticker zones.
Results
- R1Acceptance testing signed off by Capgemini in October 2026
- R2Odoo ERP live in October 2026
- R3A reference of 112 vehicles and 596 sticker zones
