I support the leadership of a group of three distance-learning schools on its marketing plan, and I run their organic acquisition day to day.

- Marketing consultant, group marketing plan

- Distance learning · CNFDI, Koréva Formation, Cours Animalia
Context
Three schools, three sites, three audiences, and a group that wanted to stop running marketing case by case: one shared plan, clear priorities, and numbers reviewed every month.
Approach
- 01I started with a diagnosis, then proposed six priority workstreams and a 6-month, 1, 3 and 5-year plan, with a monthly marketing committee with leadership.
- 02For each school I set an editorial line and a briefing (key facts, audiences, angles), then a content machine aiming for eight articles a week.
- 03SEO reporting became automatic: on the 4th of every month, a report per school combines Search Console, GA4, Semrush and Bing.
- 04I also reworked the sites’ UX, with a Figma design system shared by the three brands.
One moment
A proofreader was reviewing the first articles and kept flagging the same mistakes. Rather than fixing them by hand, I turned her feedback into written rules inside the pipeline. Today an article only goes through if its sources have actually been read and checked; otherwise it is blocked.
Results
- R1CNFDI average position from 24.3 to 10.9 in a year
- R2Conversions ×5
- R3Automatic monthly reporting for all three schools
